GENERAL DEPOSIT CONDITIONS
The general conditions of deposit of the company PM Closet Lux govern the relationship between the customer, hereinafter referred to as “the the Depositor” and PM Closet Lux.
The General Terms and Conditions of Deposit have contractual value.
The company PM Closet Lux allows the Depositor to deposit one or more items, which will then be put on sale in store for a period of two months.

Submitting an article is free and open to everyone. The Depositor must legally hold the items he deposits and they must comply with current standards and laws. Responsibility for the quality of the articles rests on the shoulders of the submitter.
We have the right to refuse any item that does not meet our quality or safety criteria, or that is inadequate in terms of price. The company reserves the right not to accept the items presented, particularly if the items do not meet its quality, safety or price requirements.
We may cancel the deposit agreement and withdraw from sale any item whose origin or ownership is doubtful, or any item having an undeclared defect which would compromise its sale according to our quality standards.
If a product does not conform, the depositor will have 7 working days to take it back. After this period, the item will be generously donated to charity.
The Depositor will authorize the company to take photos of the item to be sold and communicate about it.

- Deposit date
- Description of submitted items

Payment of the price to the depositor :
Payments are made once a month for the previous month’s sales, in the form of a bank transfer(50% of the sales price excluding VAT).
Unsold items :
